The drive sprocket is the pivot point of your machine’s undercarriage — when it wears, every component it contacts follows. This aftermarket sprocket zx85 1033840 restores OEM tooth geometry on your 1033840 so the chain engages cleanly, transfers drive force efficiently, and runs without the vibration that signals a worn sprocket.

Compatible Machines
– 1033840
– ZX85

Why Choose This Sprocket ZX85 1033840
– Tooth pitch matches OEM track chain pitch
– Bore and flange dimensions confirmed to OEM specification for direct bolt-on fitment
– Uniform tooth spacing machined on CNC equipment for consistent engagement across all chain links

Heavy-Duty Construction
This sprocket zx85 1033840 is manufactured using alloy steel body: induction-hardened tooth surfaces for maximum wear life. Controlled core hardness to absorb drive shock without tooth fracture. Precision bore finish ensures running concentricity and eliminates vibration. Designed to withstand vibration, impact loads, and harsh operating environments commonly found in construction, quarry, mining, and earthmoving applications. Precision manufacturing helps ensure correct fitment and long service life.

Applications
Suitable for a wide range of heavy equipment and undercarriage systems including:
– Excavators
– Dozers
– Loaders
– Track roller assemblies
– Earthmoving machinery undercarriage components

Maintenance Recommendations
– Always replace sprocket and track chains at the same time
– Check idler condition when changing sprocket — the two wear on the same service timeline
