Master pins take the full chain assembly tension load at the connecting point — there’s no engineered redundancy at this joint. A worn or incorrectly dimensioned master pin risks chain separation under load, which can cause serious equipment damage. This aftermarket master pin pc300-8 44.3*245 for the 44.3*245 is machined to OEM pin diameter, length, and lock geometry specifications.

Compatible Machines
– 44.3*245
– PC300-8
– 44.3
– 245

Why Choose This Master Pin PC300-8 44.3*245
– Pin diameter: OEM specification ±0.01mm — correct press-fit in master link bore
– Overall length: OEM dimension for proper locking clip engagement
– Head profile: OEM geometry — fits correctly in master link bore and lock assembly

Heavy-Duty Construction
This master pin pc300-8 44.3*245 is manufactured using case-hardened alloy steel. Tough alloy steel core: resists shear fracture under chain tension loading. Machined to tight tolerances; clean surface finish prevents galling during press installation. Designed to withstand vibration, impact loads, and harsh operating environments commonly found in construction, quarry, mining, and earthmoving applications. Precision manufacturing helps ensure correct fitment and long service life.

Applications
Suitable for a wide range of heavy equipment and undercarriage systems including:
– Excavators
– Dozers
– Loaders
– Track roller assemblies
– Earthmoving machinery undercarriage components

Maintenance Recommendations
– Use a proper master pin press tool — never use a hammer for final installation
– Confirm the lock clip or bolt is fully seated before running the machine
– Replace master pin on every chain removal — don’t reuse a previously pressed pin
