Correct-pitch rubber tracks are a precision undercarriage component — not a commodity. An incorrect pitch causes premature sprocket wear, derailment, and track elongation. This aftermarket rubber track-excavator 303.5 300*52.5w*90 is manufactured to OEM pitch, width, and lug height for direct fitment on the 300*52.5W*90.

Compatible Machines
– 303.5 Rubber Track-Excavator
– Rubber Track-Excavator 300*52.5W*90
– 300*52.5W*90
– 303.5
– 300
– 52.5W

Why Choose This Rubber Track-Excavator 303.5 300*52.5W*90
– Lug height must match OEM to engage the drive sprocket correctly
– Track pitch determines idler and roller positioning; mismatch stresses both
– Width controls ground pressure — wider than OEM causes stress on drive components

Heavy-Duty Construction
This rubber track-excavator 303.5 300*52.5w*90 is manufactured using high-strength steel cord core prevents track elongation and maintains OEM pitch in service. Rubber/carbon-black compound provides wear resistance without sacrificing flexibility in cold temperatures. Hardened steel guide lugs embedded in the track body resist side-load from cornering. Designed to withstand vibration, impact loads, and harsh operating environments commonly found in construction, quarry, mining, and earthmoving applications. Precision manufacturing helps ensure correct fitment and long service life.

Applications
Suitable for a wide range of heavy equipment and undercarriage systems including:
– Excavators
– Dozers
– Loaders
– Track roller assemblies
– Earthmoving machinery undercarriage components

Maintenance Recommendations
– Set initial tension per OEM sag table immediately after fitment
– Recheck tension after the first 10 operating hours
– Avoid running on exposed steel debris; contact with sharp metal edges accelerates cord exposure
