Boom foot pins take the highest load on the excavator — every crowd cycle puts the full crowd force through the foot pin joint. This seal kit- boom cyliner is machined to OEM tolerance in case-hardened alloy steel, built to handle those loads across the full service interval.

Why Choose This Seal Kit- Boom Cyliner
– Diameter and length matched to OEM for correct joint clearance at the boom foot housing
– Case-hardened bearing surface (58–62 HRC) with tough ductile core
– OEM-matched locking groove and retainer configuration

Heavy-Duty Construction
This seal kit- boom cyliner is manufactured using chrome-moly alloy steel: correct balance of surface hardness and core toughness for high-load boom joints. Hard chrome bearing surface for corrosion resistance in mud and abrasive site conditions. Ground to h6 tolerance for correct OEM bush clearance. Designed to withstand vibration, impact loads, and harsh operating environments commonly found in construction, quarry, mining, and earthmoving applications. Precision manufacturing helps ensure correct fitment and long service life.

Applications
Suitable for a wide range of heavy equipment and undercarriage systems including:
– Excavators
– Dozers
– Loaders
– Track roller assemblies
– Earthmoving machinery undercarriage components

Maintenance Recommendations
– Grease the joint immediately after fitting; re-grease every 50hrs in abrasive conditions
– Check boom foot housing bore for wear
– Replace dust seals at the same service; contamination destroys the chrome surface within hours
