Pilot valve faults cause sluggish or non-responsive hydraulic control — the main spools don’t open fully, and the machine feels heavy and unresponsive. This pilot valve assy-travel-r229-9 t/s restores correct pilot pressure output for precise, responsive control across all hydraulic functions.

Compatible Machines
– R229-9

Why Choose This Pilot Valve Assy-Travel-R229-9 T/S
– Pilot pressure output matched to OEM specification for correct main valve spool travel
– Port configuration and hose connections matched to OEM circuit — no re-routing required
– Sealed internal circuit for contamination resistance in demanding site conditions

Heavy-Duty Construction
This pilot valve assy-travel-r229-9 t/s is manufactured using precision-machined valve body with tight bore tolerances for consistent pressure output. Internal spring rates matched to OEM for correct pressure modulation across the stroke. Pressure-tested before dispatch; all ports verified at rated pilot pressure. Designed to withstand vibration, impact loads, and harsh operating environments commonly found in construction, quarry, mining, and earthmoving applications. Precision manufacturing helps ensure correct fitment and long service life.

Applications
Suitable for a wide range of heavy equipment and undercarriage systems including:
– Excavators
– Dozers
– Loaders
– Track roller assemblies
– Earthmoving machinery undercarriage components

Maintenance Recommendations
– Flush pilot circuit before fitting if contamination caused the original failure
– Check pilot supply filter condition
– Test all hydraulic functions after fitting to confirm correct spool response
