Undercarriage noise and excessive joint play are the first signs of bush wear — and catching it early saves the pins and bores. This bucket bush 22j-70-25231 restores correct joint clearance with an OEM-dimensioned fit.

Compatible Machines

**Why This Bush:**
– Correct interference fit: inner bore, outer diameter, and length matched to OEM specification
– Designed for correct load distribution on the pin — prevents point loading and accelerated wear
– Compatible with OEM excavator pin sets — no bore modification required

**Construction:**
– Wear-resistant alloy material: oil-impregnated bronze or heat-treated steel to suit application
– Precision-machined bore surface for smooth pin operation under load
– Corrosion-resistant surface treatment for storage and site conditions

**Installation:**
– Use hydraulic press and correct bush driver — impact fitting distorts the bore geometry
– Inspect pin condition before fitting; replace worn pins at the same service
– Torque retaining fasteners to OEM specification after installation
