Bucket tooth wear doesn’t slow gradually — once the cutting geometry degrades, digging efficiency drops sharply and adapter damage accelerates. This ripper -tooth(r450) 4t5452 is manufactured to OEM tooth profile specifications for correct penetration performance and adapter fit.

Compatible Machines
– Ripper 4T5452
– 4T5452
– R450

**Key Features:**
– Tooth profile engineered for balanced penetration across rock, clay, and mixed ground
– OEM-compatible adapter nose fit — twist-lock or snap-pin retainer to match your machine configuration
– Available in chisel, tiger, or flat point profile to suit site conditions

**Material & Hardness:**
– High-alloy wear steel at 450 Brinell hardness; tensile strength ≥1,350 MPa
– Through-hardened to 20mm depth — cutting edge performance is maintained as the tooth wears
– Shot-blasted finish for visual wear inspection and uniform paint adhesion

**Operating Guidance:**
– Replace the full tooth set simultaneously — mixed wear causes uneven bucket loading
– Inspect adapter nose geometry when fitting new teeth — worn adapters accelerate rocking and loss
– Do not weld cracked or worn teeth; welding below rated wear depth reduces impact resistance
